Starting at age 5, Ash's journey began with a copy of Bon Jovi's "Crush". It didn't take long for Ash to start singing and playing the guitar; mentored by the likes of 70's Australian music star Jamie Redfern and 90's rock frontman Adam Thompson, Ash has spent over a decade writing and performing music.
In 2014, he released his debut album, ‘Ride Like The Wind’, collaborating with artists including Taxiride’s Tim Watson and Bachelor Girl’s Tania Doko, featuring the singles "Thursday The 21st", “Let It Burn”, “I (Black Eyes)", "All Over Me", and the title track, with the album featuring 14 captivating songs played on radio. and performed live.
In 2015, he toured for 40 dates in 2 months, reaching thousands across Victoria, and recorded the “More To Us” EP dedicated to Beyond Blue and mental health awareness, including the single "Change", which championed body positivity. He released his second album, 2017's "Fearless", including the singles "Fearless", "Who You Are" and "Valentine", before releasing 2020's "Make Your Mark", featuring singles "Rain", "Make Your Mark" and "Raise It Up", all of which have received tens of thousands of streams online.
After a two year hiatus, Ash returned to the music scene in 2026, beginning work on his upcoming third full-length album "Reborn", with the singles "Divine", "We All Belong" and "Cold" slated for release soon.
